When to Visit Batam

The best time to visit Batam is February to August. This is the peak period in the island when tourists from all around the globe can be seen there having a good time. How to get to batam

Ferry/Boat

You can catch ferries from Sumatra, Johor Bahru, or Singapore which are anchored in Sekupang. From there, you will take a taxi from IDR 50-100,000 to Nagoya or Batam City. Or you can also take it from the Batam Center, from there, you will take a IDR 50-100,000 taxi to Nagoya or Batam.

Expect a taxi from Hang Nadim airport to the city center at a cost of around IDR 50,000-100,000. Batam Punggur to Batam Center (Rp. 60,000-100,000). Nagoya to HarbourBay ferry terminal at Batu Ampar (Rp. 50,000). Sekupang to Batam Center (Rp. 50,000-150,000).

Plane
